This test fixture designed to hold a stack of cards under a calibrated weight within a test oven to measure their resistance to adhesion and blocking.
Milled from aircraft grade 6061 aluminum/steel alloy bar stock and electrostatically coated for a durable long-lasting finish. Fitting and test weight are made of stainless steel.
How to use:
1. Hold a stack of cards under the weight
2. Put tester into oven, according to test requirement, after a few hours, take out to check resistance to adhesion and blocking.
Calibration
In case of calibration is needed. This tester is needed to check weight. Use scale to check the weight to see if it is 1.169±0.061kg.
