A set of three fixtures designed to apply local bending stress to an IC module embedded within a
card body. The set is supplied with one fixture each for three different bending radii: 50mm, 40mmand 30mm.
Crafted from aircraft grade 6061 aluminum/steel alloy bar stock and electrostatically coated for a durable long-lasting finish. Fitting and test weight are made of stainless steel.
How to use:
Choose one of required fixtures, insert a card and bent alongside with slope, check card status according to test requirement.
Calibration
This test does not need calibration. Make sure the tester is clean.
