P-26 Embossed Character Tester

Manual test tool designed to measure the ability of embossed character to resist pressure. To do this, the embossed character of card is secured under tester head. Tester head will goes down to add pressure on embossed character.

Made of aircraft grade 6061 aluminum/steel alloy bar stock and electrostatically coated for a  durable long-lasting finish. Fitting and test weight are made of stainless steel.

 How to use: 

Put a card with embossed character under tester head, make sure the gauge is 0 N, rotate wheel  to put tester head down to press embossed character, check gauge reading. 

 Calibration 

This test does not need calibration. Make sure the tester is clean.
