Function:

1.The main function of the machine is to sort cards in unit out of the disordered..Cards in same unit will get into the same sorting box, while the computer automatically generates production logs and card missing information.

2.Customers only need to provide the card number of the card units.

3.Twenty card collecting devices can handle twenty units cards in disorder at the same tine time.

4.The device is applicable to the production processes that have sorting requirements (such as social security card, student card or bank card) .

Feature:

1. The whole control system is controlled by PC, which ensures stable and coordinated operation of the machine. Display HMI interface is wide and easy to operate.

2. Read card number in the way of magnetic Stripe, contact or contactless type . Diversified reading method ensures the card sorting  accurately.

3. Unrecognized cards or the card data do not belong to this  data batch will be thrown directly into the reject box. The device has two circulation card box for collecting cards that are not in the twenty units , which also makes it easy for the next sorting.

4.Twenty sets of card collection devices can handle twenty units of card in disorder at the same time. Extra collecting units can be added according to the customer requirements, up to forty units at maximum.   

5. The feeding structure adopts the closed-loop motor + vacuum sucker.It not only ensures to feed card in high speed, but also prevent scratches on card surface.
